Media Logic offers optional onsite
training for all their products. Onsite training can be done at the time
of installation or afterwards to help train new staff, implement new features
or simply as a refresher. Given the complexity of an healthcare software
implementation many of our clients elect to have us come to their office
to help them with the installation and conversion process. |

Media Logic offers onsite installation
for offices requiring assistance with office design, computer setup, and
networking. While Media Logic frequently purchases and installs all the
necessary hardware for their clients we still require all clients to have
a designated local IT person/company in the event a problem which arises
that needs immediate attention. |

Media Logic Online / Remote Training |

Media Logic offers online training
via web conferencing software. This can be done one-on-one or in a group.
This option is more economical than onsite and allows offices to learn
the system at their own pace. Online training is also available after
the installation to help train new staff, implement new features or simply
as a refresher. |
